"Buying a listing" is term that Realtors coined to describe a common tactic some agents use to secure a listing. These agents promise you a seductively high sales price for your home that is more than it can realistically get. Once you sign the listing papers, they immediately begin trying to get price reductions from you because your house will sit on the market.
Making promises that can't be kept is another common tactic to get a listing. Because the standard listing agreement is for a six month period, without the Easy Exit Listing, once you sign the listing agreement, you're stuck with that agent for six months even if he or she fails to deliver on the promises made during the listing presentation. We stand behind every expectation we create by giving you the right to cancel your listing
How do you know that we never buy a listing or fail to keep our promises? Because we let you cancel if you are unsatisfied in any way.
